Read a bit about this today. It's reversible, cheap, but not on the market yet. Sounds like a worth while reason to stick needles in my sack

This source link has terrible ads, just a heads-up: http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/3380...reversible.htm

Older article from Wired, including sack pics NWS!: http://www.wired.com/magazine/2011/0...asectomy/all/1

Basically it's a positively charged polymer that effects the negatively charged sperm as they pass by, rendering them incapacitated. It doesn't plug or block anything.

There is an interesting story behind how it was invented:

Quote:

In the 1970s, he [Sujoy Guha, inventor of the procedure] began investigating cost-effective techniques to purify rural water systems. He discovered that if he coated pipes with a common polymer called styrene maleic anhydride, he could kill bacteria lurking in the water supply. The process took advantage of an electric charge differential existing between the polymer, which was positively charged, and the bacteria cells, which carried a net negative charge. As microbes traveled through the polymer-lined pipes and encountered the strong positive charge, the attractive forces pulled them apart.

When the Indian government began worrying about its rapidly growing population, Guha wondered if the same polymer could work for male contraception. After all, the vas deferens resembled a water pipe, and sperm traveling through the narrow tubes were analogous to bacteria. Guha ran some tests and found that the procedure worked perfectly…

Hey guys, selling my one spare Pilot to make some room for, well, more tires. Tire was mounted VERY briefly, still has close to 100% tread on it. I was keeping it around in case I messed up one of mine (I started with 3), but sold the wheels to a friend of mine and no longer have room to keep this one. An excellent and very grippy tire, provides plenty of feedback during spirited driving (read: hooning), and is also a runflat (factory on Corvette ZR1) so no worries about doing damage if you lose air. New these sell for $407/tire on Tire Rack.

Selling this one for $300. Save the tax and shipping and $100.

As always, text or call 416-894-6204 for pickup, or simply PM. Located in Aurora.

Thanks!
The continental SSR runflats which means the side walls are stiff enough to get a flat tire and still drive on them. They come stock on BMW, so most likely if your looking at this you know what they are and how much. I believe Tire rack has them around $280 per tire. I'll take $250 for both of them. Its literally more than half off. Ill snap pictures soon.
